Class 3 stock funds primarily seek long-term capital appreciation with average market-level risk. Class 3 is FundX’s recommended risk category for building a core fund portfolio for long-term growth. The S&P 500 tracks the 500 most widely held large-capitalization stocks and is widely recognized as representative of the U.S. equity market. The Bloomberg US Aggregate Bond Index measures the performance of the U.S. investment-grade bond market and includes government, corporate, asset-backed, and mortgage-backed securities with maturities of at least one year. You cannot invest directly in an index.
